So awhile back I was put out of commission by something called vasculitus. It's sorta like an allergic reaction in that it's an auto-immune disease. I break out in hives get a fever my tendons in my joints swell and I can barely move. Not too mention the pain, as some of you know I've had a few things hit me, to my great disappointment. Sciatica, Staph, Vasculitus and Ear infections. It's practically stopping me from working out again, my 3rd attempt at really changing my life and losing excess body fat.  I need some close and very personal attention in my life. I think I deserve it. I think I've earned it through various trials and tribulations.
